Restaurant Sequoia
The Sequoia Restaurant offers a gourmet experience in the resort. The modern interior of the stylish restaurant can seat up inside 45 people and 50 people on the outside terrace. When the weather is nice, there is a pleasant view of the adjacent fish pond and the chateau park. The restaurant can be booked for family or social events.
The Sequoia restaurant focuses on world and Czech cuisine. The main attribute of the local gastronomy is the ingredients from local suppliers and traditional recipes in a new way. The combination of innovation and local ingredients is proudly represented by the dessert in the shape of a redwood cone called Sequoia, which is renewed with each new menu, offering regulars a new experience every time. In addition to the restaurant's interior and lounge, on hot days guests can enjoy gourmet dining on the castle terrace overlooking the park and the pond with waterfall.
A second garden, located in the restaurant's courtyard, offers tranquility and an ideal setting for private and corporate events or barbecues. Also worthy of note is the excellent water from its own 272-metre deep borehole.
Picnic baskets have become very popular, which the restaurant prepares for customers in several variations and guests can choose their own place in the large park to enjoy the basket.
The chateau wine cellar has an almost authentic atmosphere of the cellars around Pálava in South Moravia, from where the creators drew inspiration. The space offers comfort for up to 30 guests, in a separate section there is an archive of world and local wines, again with an emphasis on winemakers from the Pálava region.
